Bollard Replacements on Woodlands Avenue

As a result of ACER contacting WBC about the poor state of the bollards in Woodlands Avenue, the Localities team will shortly be replacing 15 bollards. We hope that WBC grass cutting contractors will be persuaded  to stop strimming too enthusiastically round them in future. The bollards and bund were put in place some years ago to prevent future traveller incursions.
